  My first time here. My wife has been a few times with girlfriends & she wanted to take me. It's open 5 days with very limited hours. Typically, 10-2 or 9-2. We arrived yesterday, Tuesday, a little passed 10. Not crowded, so we sat and had small talk over coffee while looking the menu over. Not a big selection of breakfast items, so I ordered the chicken wrap & my wife the veggie wrap.
  Ill just some up our visit by saying, they were the best wraps we'd ever had...The ladies, both owners, very friendly & run a tight ship. The icing on the cake, it's right on the beach in El Segundo. You can't ask for much more...
  
  The only negative...The Parking lot. Not clearly marked, so remember to get a ticket and put it on your dash. If not, like me you'll get a $63.09 ticket.
  
  We will be back & I highly recommend you try this place

  Amazing beach cafe right on the Strand. Be ready to feel like a balloon after your meal though, and kiss any and all calories burned getting there goodbye.
  
  El Segundo Beach Cafe is a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch overlooking both the ocean and the Palos Verdes and Malibu peninsulas. The view alone is worth a few bucks, but the food is equally as spectacular. The portions are huge and come in these really cute (and giant) bamboo wooden bowls. Better than eating off a marble slate, in my humble opinion. We vegetarian-ized everything (i.e. asked for sausage and bacon to be removed), but our breakfast burrito and breakfast bowl were still hearty and filling.
  
  The service was lovely, complete with a really nice gentleman who insisted that we try their made-to-order cinnamon roll that is only available on weekends. We ordered one for dessert (is it socially acceptable to have dessert at 10am?) and it did not disappoint. It was served in a bath, no, a jacuzzi, of caramel sauce and was delightfully warm and gooey.
  
  All in all, we are very pleased with our experience, and recommend it to anyone passing by!

  Seriously my favorite beach eats stop when I bike ride.  I appreciate that they have goat cheese,  The breakfasts come with potatoes or fruit, no toast.  I don't miss the bread.  The prices are reasonable too - $10 for an omelette.  It's nice to sit outside, the only option, just in front of the ocean.  It's very casual.  I stopped in on a Saturday and it was pure chaos, it may have been the events that Saturday.  During the week it is a pleasant calm experience.
  
  Parking is a paid municipal lot.

  Talk about location.  Right along the bike path, I've passed it many times and never thought to stop and explore.  Overlooking the beach and Pacific Ocean, you'd think the menu prices would be off the charts.  Nope, very reasonable for breakfast or lunch.  Prices hover right around the $10 mark for most items.
  
  If you're riding your bike and hungry or need a break, stop off here and relax on the patio and depending on your time of day, enjoy a breakfast burrito or burger.
  
  The bike is a good option because bicycle parking is free!  For cars, it's the beach area so pay to park in the lot.  At least it's a large lot so no issues finding a spot.  
  
  Service is good and the atmosphere is excellent.

  Food and service was pretty good! View was nice, weather was overcast, but the company made it perfect.
  We had a relaxing day out.
